Katja Graisse began her career in 1990 in the film industry in Paris, working for film festivals such as Cannes, Angers and Dinard, on European feature film co-productions, and in distribution (20th Century Fox). In 2000, she joined the American Embassy in Paris as Cultural Affairs Specialist. In 2007, she co-founded Balistik Art and handling PR, Social Media and Production. Her clients in watch and jewelry industry include Cartier, Chopard, Boucheron, Bulgari, Baselworld and Hour Universe.
A physics doctor by training, Dr. Laurent Massi is an expert in gemstones, a lecturer and a professor of gemology. Dr. Massi has lectured and taught gemology all around the world, wrote numerous articles on different gem materials, and traveled to countless mining areas and gemstone markets. Philipp Gegenfurtner began to work independently in the field of videography at an early age. This passion earned him many customers. His path was mapped out with his training as a media designer. Further activities in the area of frontend development at the database specialist Herrmann & Lenz and further training to become a database administrator are the basis for the development of our own system platform ATACAMA, which takes a completely new approach to providing digital content on websites.
Philippe Roten, CEO of Favre-Leuba, has extensive experience in the luxury goods industry, including seven years as Global Retail Director at LVMH, six years as Country Manager of the Swatch Group in Germany and five years as Director at Swiss jeweler Gübelin. Most recently he was Head of Sales and Marketing at Bang & Olufsen.
Dr. Pierangelo Gröning has academic degrees in electrical engineering and physics. His professional path led him first to ABB where he worked as development engineer of electronic power trains for railways. Afterwards he returned to the university where he studied physics and received his PhD. In 2002 he joined Empa. Since 2006 Dr. Gröning is head of the Department “Advanced Materials & Surfaces” and head of the strategic research focus area “Nanoscale Materials & Technologies” at Empa.
My father started our family business in 1963. I have always been a part of the company, cleaning workshops, helping building stands on jewelry fairs and visiting customers with my father. I entered OLE LYNGGAARD COPENHAGEN in 1994 as production manager. I am CEO since 2003 and until today been part of the journey that has given us the Brand we have today, with Flagship Stores in Copenhagen (2x), Stockholm, Paris and Sydney. Our business is owned by my sister Charlotte Lynggaard and myself.

In 2003, he left Publicis to follow a career as an artist, producing paintings and films. He began freelancing in digital strategy for Hermès, Jean Paul Gaultier Parfums and Lancôme. In 2007, he created Balistik Art agency to accompany luxury brands in their digital communication strategies winning awards for Dior, Moët & Chandon, Kenzo Parfums, Roger Vivier and Charles Heidsieck.
