Dr. Gaetano Cavalieri is one of the most prominent representatives of the international jewelry industry and has been President of CIBJO, the World Association of the Jewellery Industry, for more than 20 years. CIBJO, which includes national jewelry and gemstone associations from more than 40 countries and many of the industry's most important companies and international associations, is the industry's oldest international organization, founded in 1926. It covers the entire jewelry, gemstone and precious metals sector from mine to market, in each of the sub-sectors in the various production, manufacturing and trading centers.

In addition to his role as President of CIBJO, Dr. Cavalieri was President of the Italian Association of Gold, Silver and Jewellery Wholesalers, a member of the International Executive Council of the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), a member of the Goldsmiths' Company of London, a member of the European Assay Association, a member of the International Coloured Gemstone Association (ICA) and Chief Financial Officer of the World Diamond Council.

Molefi Letsiki is Chairman of the Diamond Dealers Club of South Africa, which is a member of the World Federation of Diamond Bourses, co-founder and President of the South African Young Diamond Beneficiators Guild, founder and director of Molefi Letsiki Diamonds, a member of the De Beers Diamond Beneficiation Project, client of the South African State Diamond Dealer, Petra Diamonds and Forevermark Diamantre.

Molefi Letsiki loves diamonds. He is a second-generation diamond dealer and has extensive experience in cutting and polishing. His relationship with diamonds was initially hostile, an irony of fate for an African child whose father worked as a diamond cutter. His father always talked about diamonds, but Molefi had never seen one.
