What are vouchers/online vouchers for one-day tickets?

Online vouchers for one-day tickets are free entry vouchers for your clients, which you can order in our exhibitor shop. You can use the vouchers for your professional invitation and contact management, for example in order to give an extra incentive to visit your stand.

As an exhibitor, you can have an unlimited number of vouchers! You will be invoiced for the vouchers after they have been redeemed. You will only be in-voiced for vouchers actually redeemed for visiting the trade fair. The exception to this is the starter pack (30 pieces).

Can co-exhibitors exhibit on our stand space? And, if so, how do they register?

Exhibitors can register co-exhibitors on their stand space. The co-exhibitor registration form must be filled in and signed by the main exhibitor. The registration fee for co-exhibitors, which does not include the mandatory communication fee, is EUR 490. This fee is invoiced to the main exhibitor.

All co-exhibitors have the same benefits as main exhibitors. That means that they are listed as independent exhibitors in the trade fair catalog and the online exhibitor directory.

What is the difference between a co-exhibitor and an additionally represented company?

A co-exhibitor is considered to be a party who makes an appearance at the main exhibitor’s stand space with their own staff and range of services. This includes group companies and subsidiaries. The form must be signed by the main exhibitor.

A company is considered to be represented as an additional company if its products or services are offered by the main exhibitor without the company being represented with its own staff at the stand. Please note that sales companies which exhibit products from various manufacturers must register the latter as additionally represented companies.

The registration fee for co-exhibitors and additionally represented companies is EUR 490 per company.

As a co-exhibitor, do I receive free exhibitor passes?

Co-exhibitors do not receive any free Print@home tickets for exhibitors (exhibitor passes). They can order tickets in the exhibitor shop for INHORGENTA MUNICH.

Your success matters to us! The INHORGENTA MUNICH team will be more than happy to give you advice and support for planning and carrying out your appearance at the trade fair.

What is the energy cost surcharge?

An energy cost surcharge of 5.00 EUR/m² of rented exhibition space will be levied. In principle, the costs for lighting, heating and air-conditioning of the exhibition rooms are included in the participation fee. Due to the recent sharp rise in energy prices, Messe München GmbH is forced to levy this energy cost surcharge in addition.

Note: If the activation link received is no longer valid, please follow the above steps to create a new password.

Why can I not see all of the items available for ordering after I have logged in?

There are two possible reasons for this:

  1. If you have not booked a stand at the selected event yet, you will not be offered any items to order.
  2. A distinction is made between main exhibitors and co-exhibitors in the Exhibitor Shop. Co-exhibitors are not assigned all rights and so can only order some of the products.

What delivery address is currently stored for the items ordered?

The delivery address is identical to the exhibitor address specified on the registration form.

Do co-exhibitors get their own account?

Yes, the activation link to the Exhibitor Shop will be sent to the contact person specified on the co-exhibitor registration form; after clicking on the link, they can create a password for their own account.

  • Create a new sub-account and assign the rights.
  • The sub-account user will receive an activation link for their account.

As a general rule, accounts cannot be deleted in the Exhibitor Shop. However, you can remove all of the sub-account user's rights by going to “Manage Sub-Account” and deactivating the rights already assigned.

Can I place orders for multiple stands after logging into my account?

If you have more than one stand, after you log in the system will ask you which stand you want to place an order for. Select your stand in the dialog box and confirm it by clicking “Next.” You will be taken to the shop catalog's home page.

If you only have one stand at the trade fair, this prompt will not appear, and you will be taken to the home page directly after entering your login details. Please note when changing stand that all items will be ordered for the stand/client that is currently selected. Therefore please always complete your order be-fore changing stand/client.

Your shopping cart will not be emptied when you change stand!

Can I still view my orders after they have been completed?

You can view all orders in the customer menu (under “My User Account”) by clicking on “My Orders.” You can access the order details by clicking on “View Order”, where you can view all information about the order in question.

In the order details (which you can reach by clicking on “My Customer Account” and then “My Orders”), you will find a “Request Cancellation” link next to every item ordered. Click on this link to ask the supplier to cancel the item. Whether or not a cancellation is possible depends on the supplier's general terms and conditions.

In some situations, the cancellation function has already been deactivated in the system – for example, if an item has already been dispatched or delivered or if a specific date has been passed. In these cases, the “Request Cancellation” link will be hidden in the order details.

Can existing sub-accounts from previous events still be used?

No, sub-accounts for colleagues or service providers must be created from scratch for each event. Exception: If you have specified a different contact person for correspondence on the registration form, this person will automatically receive an e-mail containing an access link.
