The Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) protects the interests of the German trade fair industry, offering a wide range of services, and in return collects a fee of EUR 0.60 net per square meter of rented exhibition space from all exhibitors. This fee is in-voiced by Messe München GmbH and transferred directly to AUMA. This is standard practice for trade show companies in Germany.
You can find more information about AUMA here: auma.de
A flat rate advance payment of EUR 10 net per square meter of rented exhibition space is collected for services such as electricity, water, and telephone lines via the admission invoice. This advance payment is collected regardless of whether you place an actual order or what size your order is. After the fair, the advance payment will be reconciled on the final invoice against services actually ordered.
INHORGENTA MUNICH charges a mandatory waste disposal fee. This is a fixed fee covering disposal of waste for the entire duration of the trade fair and during set-up and dismantling. The fee is EUR 3.60/m². It will be shown as part of your admission invoice. In addition, the regulations set out under point B3 of the Technical Guidelines apply to the disposal of waste.

Exhibitors can register co-exhibitors on their stand space. The co-exhibitor registration form must be filled in and signed by the main exhibitor. The registration fee for co-exhibitors, which does not include the mandatory communication fee, is EUR 490. This fee is invoiced to the main exhibitor.
All co-exhibitors have the same benefits as main exhibitors. That means that they are listed as independent exhibitors in the trade fair catalog and the online exhibitor directory.
A co-exhibitor is considered to be a party who makes an appearance at the main exhibitor’s stand space with their own staff and range of services. This includes group companies and subsidiaries. The form must be signed by the main exhibitor.

Please note that sales companies which exhibit products from various manufacturers must register the latter as additionally represented companies.
The registration fee for co-exhibitors and additionally represented companies is EUR 490 per company.
Co-exhibitors do not receive any free Print@home tickets for exhibitors (exhibitor passes). They can order tickets in the exhibitor shop for INHORGENTA MUNICH.
