Order exhibitor passes and add contact information
Due to increased safety standards, INHORGENTA has two different types of passes
Exhibitor passes
Order and add contact information to your exhibitor passes for INHORGENTA. If you make use of our convenient online order service in the Exhibitor Shop and buy a Exhibitor pass/Print@home ticket rather than paying on the door, you will save more than 45 percent!
Please note:
- Your free Exhibitor passes/Print@home tickets will be included on your final invoice.
- Exhibitor passes/Print@home tickets can only be used by your stand staff.
- Exhibitor passes/Print@home tickets that you ordered but did not use will not appear on your invoice.
- In the Exhibitor passes section, you can order them for yourself and your employees, as well as view information about the status of your passes.
You can still access the basic details provided for your colleagues for the last event.
As the overall order account holder, you will of course receive a summary of all of the Exhibitor passes/Print@home tickets ordered and can print these out yourself.
Important: Change relating to the use of public transport
Please note that your Exhibitor pass/Print@home ticket does not include to use public transport free of charge.
Passes for setup and dismantling
Given that security standards at INHORGENTA are extremely high, you, as the exhibitor, along with whoever is constructing your stand and your contracted suppliers, etc., may only access the trade fair grounds to set up and dismantle stands upon presentation of a valid set-up/dismantling pass that has been filed in correctly. Please ensure that all set-up/dismantling passes are worn at all times on the trade fair grounds so they are clearly visible.

NEW: Please note that all setup and dismantling passes are to be ordered via the Exhibitor Shop and you’ll receive them as direct Print@home-Ticket.
All passes ordered in advance by the Exhibitor Shop are free of charge. At the fair setup- and dismantling passes can only be purchased for a fee of EUR 15,- per pass. Due to the research involved, we kindly ask for your patience.
- Setup and dismantling passes must be worn and visible at all times when on the grounds of the trade-fair center.
- Setup and dismantling passes are not exhibitor passes and are not valid during the fair.
- Passes are valid only for the person to whom they are issued and are not transferrable.
- The unauthorized transfer of passes to third parties, failure to observe the requirement to wear a pass at all times and other violations will result in the offender being expelled from the trade-fair center.
- Instructions issued by Messe München’s security personnel must be followed at all times.
