Questions about the application

A fully completed and signed registration form is required in order to take part in INHORGENTA MUNICH. We decide on the basis of the details you provide whether your company can be admitted as an exhibitor.

You can find here the registration form

Exhibitors can cancel free of charge if they do so in the period between submitting their registration and confirming the stand placement proposal we have sent them.

A cancellation fee will be payable if an exhibitor wants to return its booked stand space after it has confirmed the stand placement proposal in writing. The cancellation must be made in writing.

If the stand can be rented to a new exhibitor, the cancellation fees will be 25 percent of the participation price. If it is not possible to rent out the space again then 100 percent of the participation price will be charged. Please refer to “A5 Contract termination” in the General Terms of Participation.

We will start allocating floor space in the individual halls for INHORGENTA MUNICH 2019 from July 2018 onwards. We would recommend that you submit your registration form as soon as possible, and by the beginning of July 2018. This will allow us to take your requests for specific stand locations into account during the first allocation stage.

Once we have received your registration form, we will check the available placement options and aim to send out your placement proposal between July 2018 and September 2018 depending on the hall. Please note that the proposals for each hall are sent out separately.

We have summarized all the further information and important dates you need in the Important Dates and Logistics section.

Your registration covers the actual stand space at INHORGENTA MUNICH. Additional costs, such as the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) fee, fixed waste disposal fee, and advance payment for services, are described in the FAQ.

Your admission invoice will list the mandatory communication fee (1), the AUMA fee (Association of the German Trade Fair Industry), and the fee for waste disposal at the trade fair center during the trade fair (Mandatory Waste Disposal Fee). In addition, the advance payment for services is also booked with the registration.

Extra services, such as stand construction and the related equipment details (e.g., partition walls, carpet, electricity), exhibitor passes, and promotional materials, can be booked for a fee via the exhibitor shop. We will notify you automatically as soon as the online ordering system is available.

  1. The communication fee of EUR 450 includes a basic entry (2) (online and in the catalog) in the visitor guide and the app plus a copy of the printed catalog (handed out at the trade fair while stocks last).

    • One product image with text (in the online catalog and app)

The Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) protects the interests of the German trade fair industry, offering a wide range of services, and in return collects a fee of EUR 0.60 net per square meter of rented exhibition space from all exhibitors. This fee is in-voiced by Messe München GmbH and transferred directly to AUMA. This is standard practice for trade show companies in Germany.

You can find more information about AUMA here: www.auma-messen.de

A flat rate advance payment of EUR 10 net per square meter of rented exhibition space is collected for services such as electricity, water, and telephone lines via the admission invoice. This advance payment is collected regardless of whether you place an actual order or what size your order is. After the fair, the advance payment will be reconciled on the final invoice against services actually ordered.

INHORGENTA MUNICH charges a mandatory waste disposal fee. This is a fixed fee covering disposal of waste for the entire duration of the trade fair and during set-up and dismantling. The fee is EUR 2.50/m². It will be shown as part of your admission invoice. In addition, the regulations set out under point B3 of the Technical Guidelines apply to the disposal of waste.

Printed vouchers or online vouchers for one-day tickets are free entry vouchers for your clients, which you can order in our exhibitor shop. You can use the vouchers for your professional invitation and contact management, for example in order to give an extra incentive to visit your stand.

As an exhibitor, you can have an unlimited number of vouchers (online or printed versions)! You will be invoiced for the vouchers after they have been redeemed. You will only be in-voiced for vouchers actually redeemed for visiting the trade fair.

Exhibitors can register co-exhibitors on their stand space. The co-exhibitor registration form must be filled in and signed by the main exhibitor. The registration fee for co-exhibitors, which does not include the mandatory communication fee, is EUR 450. This fee is invoiced to the main exhibitor.

All co-exhibitors have the same benefits as main exhibitors. That means that they are listed as independent exhibitors in the trade fair catalog and the online exhibitor directory.

A co-exhibitor is considered to be a party who makes an appearance at the main exhibitor’s stand space with their own staff and range of services. This includes group companies and subsidiaries. The form must be signed by the main exhibitor.

A company is considered to be represented as an additional company if its products or services are offered by the main exhibitor without the company being represented with its own staff at the stand. Please note that sales companies which exhibit products from various manufacturers must register the latter as additionally represented companies.

The registration fee for co-exhibitors and additionally represented companies is EUR 450 per company.

Co-exhibitors do not receive any free Print@home tickets for exhibitors (exhibitor passes). They can order tickets in the exhibitor shop for INHORGENTA MUNICH from fall 2018 onward.

Your success matters to us! The INHORGENTA MUNICH team will be more than happy to give you advice and support for planning and carrying out your appearance at the trade fair.

Questions about the Exhibitor Shop

You can book a wide range of marketing options and other services conveniently online in our Exhibitor Shop.

After your placement proposal has been confirmed, you will automatically receive an e-mail containing an activation link. Click on this link to go to the Exhibitor Shop, where you can create a password. Your username is always your e-mail address.

The activation link to the Exhibitor Shop will only be sent to the contact person specified on the registration form; after clicking on the link, you can create an individual password for your personal account. If the contact person, and therefore the person responsible for the Exhibitor Shop, has changed, please read the following question and answer.

Please e-mail the contact details of the new contact person to inhorgenta@messe-muenchen.de . Shortly afterward, a new activation link will be sent to the new contact person, who will then be able to create their own password in the Exhibitor Shop. The new contact per-son will automatically be able to view orders already placed and can continue making bookings.

The old contact person will not be able to place any more orders for the event.

  • Click on the “Log In” button in the top right of the Exhibitor Shop page.
  • Click on “Forgot Your Password.”
  • Enter your e-mail address (the one you used to register).
  • Click on “Submit.”
  • You will soon receive an e-mail asking you to set a new password.

Note: If the activation link received is no longer valid, please follow the above steps to create a new password.

There are two possible reasons for this:

  1. If you have not booked a stand at the selected event yet, you will not be offered any items to order.
  2. A distinction is made between main exhibitors and co-exhibitors in the Exhibitor Shop. Co-exhibitors are not assigned all rights and so can only order some of the products.

The delivery address is identical to the exhibitor address specified on the registration form.

Yes, the activation link to the Exhibitor Shop will be sent to the contact person specified on the co-exhibitor registration form; after clicking on the link, they can create a password for their own account.

However, co-exhibitors are not assigned all rights in the Exhibitor Shop and so can only order some of the products.

You can find all of the deadlines and important dates for INHORGENTA MUNICH here. Please also note any individual order deadlines in the respective product descriptions.

You can view your orders' status in the order details under “My Orders.” You can find out more about the order details from the supplier in question, whose contact details are specified in the relevant detailed description.

After an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

There is a minimum order for some products. Please refer to the information in the detailed description for the products.

The items will be invoiced in your final invoice after INHORGENTA MUNICH.

  • Click on “My User Account.”
  • Select “Manage Sub-Accounts.”
  • Create a new sub-account and assign the rights.
  • The sub-account user will receive an activation link for their account.

As a general rule, accounts cannot be deleted in the Exhibitor Shop. However, you can remove all of the sub-account user's rights by going to “Manage Sub-Account” and deactivating the rights already assigned.

If you have more than one stand, after you log in the system will ask you which stand you want to place an order for. Select your stand in the dialog box and confirm it by clicking “Next.” You will be taken to the shop catalog's home page.

If you only have one stand at the trade fair, this prompt will not appear, and you will be taken to the home page directly after entering your login details. Please note when changing stand that all items will be ordered for the stand/client that is currently selected. Therefore please always complete your order be-fore changing stand/client.

Your shopping cart will not be emptied when you change stand!

You can view all orders in the customer menu (under “My User Account”) by clicking on “My Orders.” You can access the order details by clicking on “View Order”, where you can view all information about the order in question.

You can access the Exhibitor Shop using the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome. Internet Explorer version 8 and upward is supported.

In the order details (which you can reach by clicking on “My Customer Account” and then “My Orders”), you will find a “Request Cancellation” link next to every item ordered. Click on this link to ask the supplier to cancel the item. Whether or not a cancellation is possible depends on the supplier's general terms and conditions.

In some situations, the cancellation function has already been deactivated in the system – for example, if an item has already been dispatched or delivered or if a specific date has been passed. In these cases, the “Request Cancellation” link will be hidden in the order details.

No, sub-accounts for colleagues or service providers must be created from scratch for each event. Exception: If you have specified a different contact person for correspondence on the registration form, this person will automatically receive an e-mail containing an access link.
