Prices and stand options

Stands are available in all different shapes and sizes, so you can choose the perfect one to suit your needs. Our prices are fair, with the option of basic stand space as well as attractive stand packages. Alternatively, we will be happy to put a customized quote together just for you. The prices shown below cover the costs for the basic stand space, calculated per square meter of exhibition space. You will be responsible for designing, planning, creating, setting up, and dismantling your own stand. You do, however, have the option of paying for additional services from our stand construction experts.

All prices in euro per square meters and exclude VAT.

² The mandatory communication fee includes a basic entry in the Show Guide (print, online, and mobile versions, if applicable) and other communication services.

Co-exhibitors

Co-exhibitors still need to apply through the main exhibitor. The main exhibitor receives an ap-propriate link which can be used to apply as co-exhibitor on his stand. To receive this link, please contact your main exhibitor.

Improved cancellation and withdrawl regulations for INHORGENTA MUNICH 2022

Extended re-registration period and improved cancellation and withdrawal terms for INHORGENTA MUNICH 2022

If an exhibitor decides to withdraw after receiving confirmation of participation, Messe München will reduce the cancellation fee from 100% to only 25% of the booked space.
Cancellation is free of charge for all exhibitors who cannot attend the trade fair due to travel restrictions during the period of INHORGENTA MUNICH (six weeks before the first day of the event).
Exhibitors are also entitled to a right of withdrawal free of charge if they have to go into quarantine after their return journey.
If INHORGENTA MUNICH cannot take place, the exhibitors are not obliged to pay the participation fee. Messe München will retain costs for services booked and already provided.
