Since 1 September, trade fairs and congresses have been taking place again on the Munich exhibition grounds and at all Messe München locations. Under a sophisticated protection and hygiene concept, Messe München makes it possible for its customers to exchange information and network. The event kicked off with the Search Marketing Expo SMX in the ICM - International Congress Center Munich, the FABRIC DAYS in the MOC Event Center Munich and the Trendset at the Munich Trade Fair Center. #KeepBusinessRunning

Information regarding the hygiene concept

To ensure that trade fairs can take place safely and successfully even during the coronavirus pandemic, Messe München and other Bavarian trade-fair companies have worked out a safety and hygiene concept, which was officially ratified by the Bavarian state government. This concept ensures that trade fairs can start again from September 2020. Essentially, it is based on three topics:

  • Social distancing
  • Hygiene
  • Traceability of all participants

The most important points include the general rule of 1.5 meters distance on the whole grounds. Where this distance cannot be maintained, and generally indoors, a mask is mandatory. The traceability of all participants is guaranteed by pre-registration and our admission system.

You will find further measures that Messe München as the organizer implements for you in our FAQ.

Please note that the situation is changing all the time. We will provide regular updates regarding all further developments and changes.

Corona-Hotline

The Corona Hotline is available to exhibitors for questions about the safety and hygiene concept. By telephone on +49 89 949 11400 or by e-mail corona.support@messe-muenchen.de .

Extended re-registration period and improved cancellation and withdrawal terms for INHORGENTA MUNICH 2021/2022

  • In order to give exhibitors more planning security, we are postponing the dispatch of placement offers until the end of October/beginning of November.
  • The re-registration period is extended to 4 weeks.
  • If an exhibitor decides to withdraw after receiving confirmation of participation, Messe München will reduce the cancellation fee from 100% to only 25% of the booked space.
  • Cancellation is free of charge for all exhibitors who cannot attend the trade fair due to travel restrictions during the period of INHORGENTA MUNICH 2021/2022 (six weeks before the first day of the event).
  • Exhibitors are also entitled to a right of withdrawal free of charge if they have to go into quarantine after their return journey.
  • If INHORGENTA MUNICH cannot take place, the exhibitors are not obliged to pay the participation fee. Messe München will retain costs for services booked and already provided.

Please note that this is an ongoing process. We will keep you updated on any changes as they occur. You will also find further information by Messe München on developments in connection with the coronavirus pandemic on our corporate website.
